The Okura Cruise offers two exceptional culinary journeys:
- Seasonal Kaiseki: A refined multi-course menu showcasing the freshest seasonal ingredients, each dish crafted to perfection. With its harmonious balance of flavors and artistic presentation, Kaiseki is the ultimate expression of Japanese culinary tradition.
- Teppanyaki Experience: Guests can enjoy the theatrical artistry of Teppanyaki chefs as they expertly grill premium meats, fresh seafood, and colorful vegetables tableside. The sizzling sounds and enticing aromas make this an immersive and memorable feast.
