Ticy City invites fans of the four-member girl group “aespa” from Korea to experience their private world through the cutting-edge “#potd #aespa Exhibition in Bangkok.” This exhibition showcases immersive media art, blending the real world with the virtual, creating a unique experience. It gives fans the feeling of stepping into the private lives of the girls, showing moments rarely seen, allowing them to connect with their favorite idols on a closer and more personal level.
This event is a collaboration between ICONSIAM and SM Entertainment, designed especially for “MY,” the aespa fanbase. The group consists of four members: KARINA, GISELLE, WINTER, and NINGNING, who debuted on November 17, 2020, with the single “Black Mamba.” The music video for this song achieved the highest number of views for a K-pop group debut video within 24 hours.
“#potd #aespa Exhibition in Bangkok” is an exclusive exhibition organized by Story Park, Co., Ltd. & Megu Entertainment Inc. It presents aespa’s story through an Immersive Media Art Experience, offering a rare look into their daily lives behind the scenes, showing their natural charm and private moments that fans rarely get to see.
The exhibition spans two floors, where fans can enjoy the MD Area filled with aespa merchandise for shopping, including fashion items, accessories, lifestyle products, and limited edition photo cards. There are also exclusive items made for the exhibition, such as bandanas and cartoon character t-shirts, as well as unique random aespa member photo cards designed specifically for fans attending this exhibition.
Additionally, there are photo zones with life-sized models of the four members and a Photoism Booth, where fans can have fun taking pictures with portraits of KARINA, GISELLE, WINTER, and NINGNING on the screens and walls, making it feel like they’re taking photos together. Afterward, fans can relax with drinks, snacks, and scenic views at a nearby café.
Fans can capture these special moments with their favorite aespa idols at the “#potd #aespa Exhibition in Bangkok” from now until October 27, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM on the 7th floor of ICONSIAM.
