Meet Chef Daniele Ferrari
Leading the kitchen is Chef Daniele Ferrari, a seasoned chef with experience in Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels worldwide. His background includes Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, Bulgari Hotel Beijing, and Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester, among other prestigious establishments.
Growing up, Chef Daniele spent summers exploring the coastlines of Campania, the Amalfi Coast, Puglia, Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia, where he developed a deep appreciation for Southern Italy’s bold, ingredient-driven cuisine.
“At La Marina, my goal is to showcase the purity of Southern Italian flavors. Great food doesn’t have to be complicated—when you have the freshest seafood and seasonal ingredients, simplicity is the key.”
