The ‘Proud of Thailand’ Campaign Highlights the Charms of Thai Tourism, Captured by Renowned Photographers, Displayed Across Bangkok During Songkran Festival
In a collaboration between OPPO and the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), a photo exhibition showcasing the beauty of Thailand through the lenses of eight renowned photographers has been launched as part of the “Proud of Thailand” campaign. The exhibition aims to inspire tourism during the Songkran festival across Bangkok’s main and suburban areas.
The OPPO Thailand team, led by Patanon Amornpraditkul (Product Manager OPPO Thailand), expressed their commitment to innovation in smartphone camera technology, introducing the concept of “Capture People Like a Pro” with the latest OPPO Reno11 Series 5G. According to Somradee Chitchong, TAT’s Deputy Governor for Domestic Marketing, the agency is focused on promoting various forms of tourism, including secondary city tours, cultural experiences, and year-round travel, under the campaign “Happiness Instantly When Traveling in Thailand.” This initiative aims to boost tourism revenue to 1.08 trillion baht domestically and 3 trillion baht overall.
As the newly appointed Portrait Expert, Anntonia Porsild expressed her pride in showcasing Thailand’s beauty through OPPO’s technology. She shared her personal experience of exploring various destinations in Thailand, capturing moments of joy and beauty, and encouraging others to experience the same.
Renowned photographer Jitsupa thongpermsin (Photographer of Escape To) page emphasized the inspiration she gained from exploring the culture and architecture of Nakhon Phanom province. Through the OPPO Reno11 Series 5G, she was able to capture the essence of local life, conveying the simplicity and tranquility of the region.
