Bangkok food connoisseurs are invited to embark on a culinary journey at La Brace Grill House & Wine Bar with a special 5-course Italian gourmet cuisine crafted by Chef Gabriele Boffa, Executive Chef of Loconda del Sant’Uffizio, a 2-Michelin-starred fine dining establishment, nestled amid the scenic hills of the Monferrato vineyards in Piedmont. This restaurant is under the management of Enrico Bartolini, presently the most decorated Italian chef with an impressive 12 Michelin stars awarded to his restaurants located across Italy.

The young and talented Gabriele Boffa’s experiences include working with 3-Michelin-starred Chef Enrico Crippa’s Piazza Duomo restaurant in Italy; with 3-Michelin-starred Chef Yannick Alléno’s restaurants in France; with 2-Michelin-starred Chef Andoni Aduriz’s Mugaritz restaurant in Spain; and with Chef Enrique Olvera’s Pujol restaurant in Mexico. After a year in the five-star Castello di Guarene Hotel in Langhe, he joined Enrico Bartolini as Executive Chef for Locanda del Sant’Uffizio.
In Piedmont, the 36-year-old Chef Gabriele Boffa has earned accolades for his innovative and refined cuisine, which combines traditional Piedmontese flavors
with modern techniques. His cuisine ranges from classic regional dishes interpreted in their purest form to more creative options that demonstrate a deep connection to the region.
The Bangkok Menu Highlights:
Amuse Bouche: A refreshing Vitello Tonnato reinvented with mackerel instead of tuna, served with a special cream sauce, anchovies, and capers.
Fish: A cod dish influenced by the Ligurian region, steamed to preserve its freshness, and served with a special sauce, topped with smoked herrings, and capers.
Risotto: Classic risotto gets a sweet-spicy twist with Cremona mustard and vinegared vegetables, enriched by beef marrow stock.
Main: Bresse chicken enhanced by rich foie gras sauce, served with diced apple and Belgian endives, highlighted by the divine touch of white Alba truffle.
Dessert: Hazelnut, the queen of Piedmont, reigns supreme in this flavorful dessert, served with a Grand Marnier-infused orange sauce and fresh seasonal fruits.
During his special 4-day Italian gastronomy promotion at La Brace, Chef Gabriele Boffa will curate two 5-course gourmet menus priced at 7,500 Baht++ and a 6-course Christmas Eve menu priced at 8,500 Baht++ (wine pairings price starting from 2,300 Baht++).
