“Chisana Nami”

A Taste of Japan’s Teppanyaki Charm

Japanese Teppanyaki

Ticy City beckons grill aficionados to savor the artistry of Japanese teppanyaki at Chisana Nami. Nestled in the heart of Erawan Bangkok, this chic newcomer promises an authentic yet contemporary dining experience, orchestrated by the culinary mastery of Chefs Panumas Chaisalee (Chef Pae) and Watchara Watthanasiri (Chef Jazz). Perched on the second floor, adjacent to BTS Chit Lom station, Chisana Nami exudes a modern vibe with its seamless blend of sleek wooden furnishings, supple leather seats, and sleek black marble countertops.

The moniker ‘Chisana Nami,’ meaning ‘small wave,’ captures the restaurant’s ethos of merging the fluidity of waves with the fiery spectacle of teppanyaki. Embracing versatility, the space boasts sliding doors that effortlessly transition into intimate private dining alcoves, adding an extra layer of exclusivity to the dining journey.

Crafted by the dynamic duo of Chefs Pae and Jazz, the menu is a symphony of teppanyaki delights. Chef Pae, a seasoned maestro, honed his skills at Nami Teppanyaki Steak House within the bustling Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, Bangkok, before taking his culinary talents global. Meanwhile, Chef Jazz, known for his infectious charm, embarked on his teppanyaki odyssey at Benihana, Bangkok, before spreading his culinary wings across Liverpool and Manchester, UK.

From exquisite sashimi selections to succulent A3 Oguma beef striploin bathed in sake-inspired sauce, each dish is a testament to the chefs’ dedication to perfection. Don’t miss out on the tantalizing Grilled Hokkaido scallops with miso butter or the vibrant Yellowtail with jalapeno and yuzu olive oil dressing. And for dessert, indulge in the luscious caramelized banana paired with creamy vanilla ice cream or explore a plethora of specialty libations, including the intriguing Raichi Martini and the floral-infused Hana Blossom, along with a curated selection of traditional sakes.

Chisana Nami welcomes guests daily from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM, inviting them to embark on a culinary journey like no other. For reservations, dial 02-080-5612 or visit their vibrant social media pages on Facebook and Instagram at Chisana Nami. Booking is also available through Sevenroom:
