CRAZE MAMA invites all instant noodle enthusiasts to enjoy their new, creatively packed menu at their first branch in Thailand, located at ICONSIAM. To celebrate the store’s 1st anniversary, Ticy City assures that any instant noodle lover absolutely cannot miss this event.

CRAZE MAMA is the only restaurant in Thailand with exclusive rights to use the MAMA logo from the Saha Group. It brings together noodle lovers to experience a unique take on Thai cuisine, offering a wide range of dishes that are accessible and focus on a fusion of flavors while maintaining a Thai essence for international guests to enjoy.

The menu includes Thai street food and special dishes, perfect whether you’re dining alone or in a group. Highlights include the “Craze Seafood Pot,” packed with seafood and served at an affordable price, and popular Thai dishes like spicy pork bone soup (Leng Saep), stir-fried basil, and various spicy salads, all available in one place.

To celebrate its 1st anniversary, CRAZE MAMA has created more than 30 new signature dishes, all centered around “MAMA” noodles. Some highlights include:

  • Craze Seafood Pot: A seafood feast mixed with mala sauce and the restaurant’s signature noodles. You can choose between Thai tea or green tea noodles.
  • Mama Shot: Stir-fried noodles packed with flavor, with five different topping options, including mixed seafood, shrimp, crab, crispy pork, and grilled pork neck.
  • Creamy Chestnut Milk Tea: Imported from France, this creamy chestnut delight can be enjoyed with Thai milk tea or green tea milk.

In addition, CRAZE MAMA celebrates its anniversary with special new menu items such as:

Spicy Thai-Style Pork Bones (Leng Saep): Tender pork bones in a flavorful broth, made with roasted chili peppers, served in a hot pot for an extra kick.

Kluk Fun: A new dining experience, served in a shaker, allowing you to mix the ingredients yourself before enjoying the zesty flavors of roasted rice and tangy lime. Available in both pork and beef options.

Squid in Salted Egg Yolk Black Sauce: Crispy fried squid topped with a rich black sauce mixed with salted egg yolk, offering a perfect blend of sweet and savory flavors.

Crispy Pork in Thick Tom Yum Sauce: Crispy pork paired with a thick, flavorful Tom Yum sauce, creating a perfect harmony of tastes.

Lobster MAMA Fried Rice: A fusion dish that combines stir-fried MAMA noodles with fried rice, topped with a large lobster and the smoky aroma of a hot pan.

Fried Larb Spring Rolls: Chicken larb wrapped in spring rolls and fried to a golden crisp, served with a spicy Thai dipping sauce.

Fried Seabass in Tamarind Sauce: Crispy fried seabass, topped with a sweet and tangy tamarind sauce, served in bite-sized pieces.
