4 HANDS DINNERS: A Special Michelin Dining Experience Celebrating Thai Cuisine and Sustainability

Food lovers, get ready! Ticy City brings you the exclusive 4 HANDS DINNERS, an unforgettable evening featuring a collaboration between two Michelin-starred chefs.

For the first time, Chef Chanintorn ‘Noom’ Chantharawan of Chim by Siam Wisdom, a Michelin 1-star restaurant, and Chef Nui – Chalermwut Sriworrakul from Jaras at the InterContinental Phuket Resort, a Michelin Bib Gourmand recipient, are teaming up to present a 12-item, 9-course menu. Each dish is crafted with care, featuring the finest seafood from local fisheries and organic vegetables from sustainable farmers.

Ticy City promises that this extraordinary dinner is not just about savoring the skills of two Michelin-honored chefs—it’s also a chance to support sustainable, community-driven food systems.

Both chefs share a vision of celebrating Southern Thai cuisine while emphasizing sustainability. They’ve carefully sourced ingredients from various provinces and combined them with modern techniques to create dishes that stay true to the authentic flavors of Thai cuisine.

Here’s a sneak peek of the 12-item, 9-course menu:

  • Pla Tom Tao Jiew (Chef Nui’s signature dish): A Peranakan classic from Phuket’s Hokkien Chinese-Malay community, featuring ‘Tao Jiew’ (fermented soybean paste). Chef Nui sources it from a small, local producer in Phuket who has perfected this traditional method over three generations, ensuring its probiotics offer both flavor and health benefits.
  • Grilled River Prawn with Highland Porridge with Curry: ‘Khao Beu,’ a porridge-like dish made from rice and vegetables, has roots in Northern Thailand’s hill tribes. It’s traditionally prepared for special occasions and was once served to King Rama IX when he visited the region to promote sustainable farming practices

The 4 HANDS DINNERS will take place on Saturday, October 26, priced at 3,950 THB++ per person. This special dinner also marks the grand reopening of Chim by Siam Wisdom at its new location on Samsen Road.
