Ticy City presents Lanta shrimp sourced directly from the Urak Lawoi people on Lanta Island, Krabi. These traditional shrimp farmers have been practicing sustainable fishing for decades.
Chef Oscar Pun of Pagoda Chinese Restaurant is preparing four Sichuan-style dishes with these fresh, southern shrimp: Sichuan Shrimp with a bold, spicy sauce, featuring onions and scallions and served with crispy mantou buns; Clay Pot Shrimp with Glass Noodles and Garlic, where the sweet shrimp is infused with garlic and clay pot flavors; Three-Pepper Stir-Fried Shrimp, with a zesty pepper kick and vibrant colors; and Special Sauce Stir-Fried Shrimp with scallions and dried chilies.
Available for lunch and dinner at 1,190++ THB per dish, now through August 31, 2024. Marriott Bonvoy members receive a 10% discount (membership is free).
