A Culinary Showdown at Siam Paragon
From now until June 25, 2024, Siam Paragon hosts an exciting seafood festival at Park Paragon. This event pits traditional seafood straight from the fishermen against sophisticated restaurant-style seafood dishes crafted by top chefs.
Event Highlights
Two Distinct Zones:
- Fisherman’s Area: Enjoy authentic seafood dishes sourced directly from fishermen in Phang Nga and Satun provinces.
- Chef’s Area: Indulge in exquisite seafood dishes created by chefs from four of Bangkok’s top restaurants, led by Chef Nick from Wang Hinghoi.
Visitors can savor a variety of seafood preparations—boiled, steamed, fried, grilled, and more—with spicy dipping sauces and innovative dishes like Seafood Yakitori, Seafood Paella, Seafood Platter, and Calamari.
A Celebration of Freshness and Flavor
Seafood lovers are invited to taste the freshness of Thai seas with a diverse menu, including fresh fish, shrimp, mantis shrimp, blue crabs, sea crabs, oysters, squid, and more, prepared in both Thai and Western styles.

Jeeraporn Pakpinpetch, CEO of All of Luck Co., Ltd., the mastermind behind many street food events such as Morning Bangkok Street Food and The Legend is Back, emphasizes the event’s goal:
