Chef Nattha, widely recognized for her innovative vegan creations, holds a Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from the T. Colin Campbell Center and is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, one of the world’s most prestigious culinary schools. She’s also the founder of Be Kind to Every Kind, a group of plant-based restaurants, and serves as a consultant to several organizations promoting sustainable, plant-based dining.

Together, these two culinary masters have designed a menu that balances vibrant flavors with nutritional value. With over 100 dishes to choose from, including live cooking stations, diners will be spoiled for choice:
