Hong Kong, 22 December 2025. The Hong Kong International Stationery & School Supplies Fair will return to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from 12 – 15 January 2026 alongside the online ‘Click2Match’ business matching platform (5 – 22 January 2026). As the premier sourcing platform for stationery innovation in the region, this edition will spotlight new products and industry advancements driving growth and creativity across the global stationery sector. The fair will bring exhibitors from more than nine countries and regions, including Chinese Mainland, Greece, Portugal, the UAE, and the US.



Asia-Pacific leads the global stationery products market in 2024, with a valuation of approximately USD 39.85 billion. The region is also forecasted to expand to about USD 62.32 billion by 2034, compounding by over 4.5% annually1. Much of this uptick is driven by Chinese Mainland and other rapidly developing countries embracing technological advancements and innovation. The Hong Kong International Stationery & School Supplies Fair offers a timely gateway for businesses to engage with and benefit from this dynamic growth by facilitating connections among leading manufacturers, influential buyers, and industry innovators. Broad product range highlights innovation and accessibility The fair’s intuitive zoning structure – Kids & School, Pen & Paper, Creative Art, and Office Supplies – simplifies sourcing for international buyers seeking diverse product portfolios. Kids & School offers essential school supplies and educational tools designed to inspire creativity and ensure safety. Pen & Paper features writing instruments and paper goods that blend classic functionality with modern design and sustainability. Creative Art showcases high-quality art supplies, craft materials, and DIY kits for artists and hobbyists. Finally, Office Supplies presents tech-integrated office solutions that boost productivity and organisation for hybrid workspaces.



This year’s fair will showcase a broad spectrum of exhibitors, including returning names such as Diakakkis, Marshmallo, Mirage, and Piano. Adding historical prestige to the lineup is China First Pencil Co Ltd, a brand with over 100 years of heritage in pencil manufacturing. Complementing this extensive portfolio, new exhibitors such as Blaxall
Optics Low Vision Limited from New Zealand which introduces innovative accessibility products such as advanced magnifiers for individuals with low vision.
A buyer at the previous edition, Mr Wesam Khoury, President of Avandium Trading, Canada, noted the wide range at the 2025 edition: “As a trader who imports stationery to my country, I’m always on the lookout for a wide range of products, including essential school supplies like books, paper, notebooks, portfolios, and writing instruments. The diversity of manufacturers here provides a rich array of options that cater to my diverse needs in the stationery market.”



Advancing the stationery industry: technology and new design trends Technology is transforming the stationery industry by optimising manufacturing processes, reducing waste, and enhancing product quality. To share insights into this new industry evolution, the fringe event Empowering Stationery’s Future: Unlocking Innovation Through AI & Digital Co-creation will provide fairgoers with the opportunity to exchange ideas and learn about AI’s impact on the industry.
Ms Maggie Wong, Property Negotiator at Prime Cities Realty (Malaysia), who attended the seminar at last year’s edition, shared: “I attended the seminar to understand more about how AI works together with products and their marketing. As technology advances, I am very interested in its impact on the stationery industry. The seminar elaborated on the trend towards personalisation of stationery, and I would like to leverage this for gifting clients in my role as a real estate agent.”


Jointly organised by Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the fair will be held concurrently with the HKTDC Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair and the Hong Kong Baby Products Fair, providing a one-stop sourcing platform and crossover business opportunities for participants.
