Food Rescue: The hotel minimizes food waste by repurposing kitchen scraps. For example, fruit peels are turned into jam and vinegar, and seafood shells are ground for chicken feed. They also collaborate with the Scholars of Sustenance Foundation to distribute surplus food to orphanages.
