The grandest sustainability event in Southeast Asia, the ‘SX Food Festival’ 2023, is now underway as part of the SUSTAINABILITY EXPO 2023 (SX2023) at the Sirikit Convention Center. This year’s food festival is all about ‘Thai Street Food Museum: Thai Street Food, Good for Thailand, Good for the World,’ drawing inspiration from the charm of roadside cuisine in Thailand.
Join us to savor Thai street food in a vibrant atmosphere that recreates iconic locations in Bangkok, from Saphan Phut to Sanam Luang, Phra Nakhon to Yaowarat, and even the bustling floating markets. Food enthusiasts, gather your taste buds and join us now!
Sustainable food is a global trend, encompassing everything from farming and production to harvesting and transportation, all the way to the consumer’s plate. “From Farm to Table” signifies a sustainable way of eating, promoting organic produce, safe farming practices, and safe consumption—good for Thailand, good for the world.
Some of the global food trends you’ll find at the SX FOOD FESTIVAL 2023 include Healthy Food, Organic Food, Medical Food, and Future Food, all emphasizing nutritional value and sustainability.
The festival brings together celebrity chefs from popular TV shows and local street food experts to offer a diverse range of dishes, such as:
Chef Pom – Tanarak Chuto: Baked Lotus Root Rice, Pork Noodle Soup, Dim Sum, Crispy Pork
Chef Off – Nattawut Thammapan: Ornate Noodle Tubes, Pesticide-free Bean Sprout Dumplings, Giant Shrimp Dumplings, using responsibly farmed shrimp
Chef Pruek – Pruek Sumpantaworabutr: Ceviche from chemical-free farms, Cascara Tea made from coffee husks, Truffle Tortellini
Chef Gai – Thananya Khaikeaw: Thai Coconut Milk Dumplings, Crispy Pork Wonton Noodles, Fried Sun-dried Fish with Dipping Sauce, Coconut Pancakes
Chef Martin Blunos: Tender Beef Pudding from chemical-free farms, Lobster Tail Soup with shrimp shell-based broth, and more.
These chefs, along with others, will present sustainable dishes that are not only good for your health but also for the planet.

Ratchadamnoen: Featuring Huayu, Oishi Bistro, Hyde & Seek, Sky Garden Organic, Jeedang Samyan, Kabing Kasutoro, Plernwan Pahannachai, Nam Prik Pa Vaen, Kapiloh, Crispy Pork at Wang Lang, and more.
Chalermlam: With Exploding Canister Desserts, Moon Sticky Rice, Pleun Phung Pork Stomach Soup, Poj Mii Kroh Tongtumtum Noodles, and more.
Phra Nakhon: Try dishes from Jop Tii Yam, Nuer Lam Pai Noodles, Three Brothers Chicken Rice, Saepuan, Tabtim Krabode Wang Lang, and more.

The SX Food Festival runs until October 8, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at Halls 5-6, LG Floor, Sirikit Convention Center. Don’t miss it!
As part of the largest sustainability event in Southeast Asia, the SUSTAINABILITY EXPO 2023 (SX2023), the main exhibition area on Level G is open to the public for free starting from October 2, 2023.
