Since its inception in 2009, Bangkok Chef Charity has been about more than just extraordinary cuisine. It’s about giving back through the art of fine dining. One of the event’s most unique features is the chef auction, where attendees can bid for the rare opportunity of having a private dinner prepared by one of these star chefs in the comfort of their own home.
This year’s event is particularly special as it celebrates the birthday of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. The evening will kick off with innovative canapés, each delicately portioned to ensure a perfect balance before the grand main courses. The canapés are designed with a thoughtful limit of 20 grams of protein per portion, ensuring guests enjoy every bite without being overwhelmed before the main feast begins.

This year’s event showcases a dynamic mix of 27 emerging culinary talents alongside two esteemed returning chefs, including Chef Gaetano Palumbo, a fixture of the event since its first edition. Each dish has been months in the making, with over three months of collaboration to perfect the recipes. Every chef has been meticulously selected for their expertise, with premium ingredients sourced from around the globe, ensuring every bite meets the highest culinary standards.
A Grand 12-Year Milestone
This year marks the 12th anniversary of Bangkok Chef Charity, and it promises to be the grandest edition yet. One of the evening’s highlights will be the 71-piece celebratory cake tribute. Pastry chefs have been given complete creative freedom to design their masterpieces, and Her Royal Highness will personally cut and present the cake, making it an unforgettable moment in the event.
