Four Exhibition Zones You Can’t Miss
The Wireless House is divided into four zones, each bringing a different era of Wireless–Rama IV’s history to life.
Zone 1: The Birth of Wireless Communication
Step into the early 1900s, when Saladaeng Telegraph and Radio Station became Thailand’s first wireless communication hub. Learn about its unique architecture, cutting-edge technology at the time, and how it established the first-ever direct connection between Thailand and Europe.
Zone 2: The Golden Age of Radio Broadcasting
Before smartphones and streaming, radio was the heart of entertainment and news. This zone takes you through Thailand’s first radio broadcasting experiments, complete with vintage sound recordings, old-school equipment, and a chance to experience the different types of early radio technology.
Zone 3: Excavation, Restoration & Architectural Revival

Zone 4: Wireless–Rama IV: Past, Present & Future
From Saladaeng Fields to a thriving business hub, this zone explores the district’s transformation through art, innovation, and urban planning. Highlights include contemporary art pieces inspired by historical finds, such as:

- “Greeting of Times” by Narrob Moonmanus – A collage of iconic people, buildings, and moments that shaped Wireless–Rama IV, created using vintage copper printing plates once used for telegraph communication.
