About Chef Grace Choi
Chef Grace Choi, a renowned chef from Hong Kong, currently resides in Tokyo, Japan. She is the owner, head chef, and co-founder of the “Choy Choy Kitchen” page. Chef Grace has showcased her culinary skills at numerous restaurants worldwide, such as the JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen, Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel, The Ritz-Carlton Macau, and W Taipei.
Her deep passion for cooking inspired her to write the famous cookbook “Grace’s 60 Recipes,” which has won several awards, including the Best Female Chef Cookbook in the World. Additionally, her restaurant was chosen by CNN as one of the top 10 private dining restaurants in Hong Kong and she was a guest at the 50 Best Restaurants in the World awards.
Chef Grace’s culinary excellence is also recognized by awards such as the Best Female Chef in the World in July 2019 and the “Gourmand World Cookbook Award” in 2018.
