For the main course, traverse the globe with three delectable options: indulge in the flavors of Italy with Spaghetti Puttanesca, a medley of tiger prawns, squid, and mussels harmonized with tomato concasse, chili, olives, anchovies, and capers; relish the richness of Seared Duck Breast served alongside potato fondant, beetroot purée, and orange sauce; or savor the delicate Sea Bass with Sweet & Sour Tamarind Sauce, accompanied by steamed jasmine rice.
