‘Korean Artist’ Jae Yong Kim and the ‘Donut Tunnel’ at Central Embassy
Foodies’ Alert: Prepare to meet ‘Korean Artist’ Jae Yong Kim, who will design the ‘Donut Tunnel,’ and enjoy over 100 pop-up restaurants at Central Embassy.
Central Embassy, in collaboration with the Tourism Authority of Thailand, presents a grand event for food enthusiasts, inviting South Korean artist Jae Yong Kim to design the Sweet Bangkok Donuts, also known as the Donut Tunnel.
Join us at The World in One Bite 2024: Guilty Pleasures, an international food festival from July 1 to 7, 2024, featuring over 100 famous restaurants in a pop-up format throughout Central Embassy.

Ticy City invites you to explore contemporary art that will make you hungry and admire vibrant sculptures at “A Glazing Gallery” Art Space by Jae Yong Kim.
The Sweet Bangkok Donuts Tunnel, located on the 2nd floor connecting Central Embassy and Central Chidlom, features nearly 1,000 donut sculptures adorning the walls and ceiling, enticing your appetite for the special meals ahead from July 1 to August 31, 2024.

At The Balcony on the 2nd floor, enjoy the remarkable Jae Yong Kim Exhibition, showcasing his renowned ceramic donuts, including 120 hand-crafted pieces titled ‘Donut Fear.’ Participate in the Ceramic Donut Weekend Workshop by A Clay Ceramic to create your own ceramic donuts.
Experience the Jae Yong Kim Donut Café x Drop by Dough, serving special donuts inspired by his artworks. The artist will also take over the shopping center with adorable donut-themed stickers, spreading cheer throughout.



After viewing the art, head to the pop-up restaurants in the Market Zone on floors 2 to 5, and the OPEN Market: Tea Atlas on the 6th floor at Open House.
